We extend this language to handle Floquet and other dynamical stabilizer codes via the connection between measurement-based code switching and gauge fixing (arXiv:1810.10037). We combine gauge-fixing steps to implement a closed loop in the space of stabilizer codes, returning to the original codespace up to a logical Clifford gate.
