We derive closed-form Cramer-Rao bounds (CRBs) for angle-of-arrival (AoA) and distance for uniform linear arrays (ULAs), and an intermediate matrix-form formulation for arbitrary array shapes. We also develop benchmark single- and multi-band maximum-likelihood (ML) estimators for AoA-Distance, leveraging a structured Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) refinement procedure.
