This approach naturally incorporates propagating surface plasmon polaritons, high-order modes dissipative channels, and intrinsic losses. We investigate both the stationary regime and the spatio-temporal dynamics of a single-plasmon pulse travelling through an atomic chain coupled to a dispersive nanowire.
