Although cavity-induced modifications of superconductivity have been widely predicted, experimental studies have so far reported only suppression of superconducting properties. Here, by carefully tuning a terahertz cavity to resonate with key phononic modes in few-layer niobium diselenide (NbSe2), we demonstrate cavity-enhanced superconductivity in few-layer NbSe2 coupled to a complementary split-ring resonator.
