Neverov","submitted_at":"2026-06-28T12:17:57Z","abstract_excerpt":"To detect Josephson self-resonances, we used an original method, namely, studying the voltage Uy at the Hall contacts in the Nd2-xCexCuO4/SrTiO3 film, where the CuO2 planes are aligned along the longest side of the sample, perpendicular to the substrate.
