We simulated the piezoelectric actuation over the practical actuation frequency range $(119Hz\\le f_\\mathrm{act}\\le543Hz)$ and voltage range $(250V\\le Q \\le500V)$ beneath an Aluminum sheet using Finite Element Analysis.
