We adopt entire-galaxy FIR luminosities ($L_{\\mathrm{FIR},\\,e}$) from the {\\it{IRAS}} Revised Bright Galaxy Sample and correct to $L_{\\mathrm{FIR},\\,b}$ using PACS images to match the varying FTS beam sizes.
