Recent real-space observations of skyrmion tubes have stimulated growing interest in their dynamics and emergent properties. Here, we go beyond simple skyrmion stacking and investigate how a ``twist\" introduced along the tube direction affects the dynamics and emergent responses of skyrmion tubes.
