Zhao","submitted_at":"2017-01-10T20:30:35Z","abstract_excerpt":"Measurements of parity-violating asymmetries in DIS region using the SoLID spectrometer at Jefferson Lab (JLab) Hall A in the 12 GeV era are presented. A proposal with a polarized electron beam on unpolarized deuteron and proton targets has been approved with an A rating by the JLab PAC. The deuteron measurement aims to measure the weak mixing angle $\\sin^2 \\theta_W $ with a precision of $\\pm$ 0.0006 as well as to access the fundamental coupling constants $C_{2q}$ with a high precision.
