Specifically, we show that this set is dense in the parameter space $\\Delta = \\{ (\\beta, \\alpha) \\in \\mathbb{R}^{2} \\colon \\beta \\in (1, 2) \\; \\text{and} \\; 0 \\leq \\alpha \\leq 2 - \\beta\\}$.
