All the obtained samples were characterized using X-ray diffractometer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer. Differential thermal analysis (DTA) measurements were probed ferroelectric- paraelectric first-order phase transition (TC) for all samples.
