The motivation for a Higgs boson in this mass region is emphasized. The branching ratios for the Higgs boson, including electroweak and QCD radiative corrections, are presented, along with production cross sections for $e^+e^-, \\mu^+\\mu^-, \\gamma\\gamma$, and hadronic interactions.
