The corresponding fundamental analytic solutions are constructing thus reducing the inverse scattering problem to a Riemann-Hilbert problem. We introduce the minimal sets of scattering data $\\mathfrak{T}$ which determines uniquely the scattering matrix and the potential $Q$ of the Lax operator.
