Also the exact, asymptotic and bootstrap confidence intervals for $R$ are evaluated. Using Gibbs {sampling,} the Bayes estimator and corresponding credible interval for $R$ are obtained too. Applying Monte Carlo {simulations,} we compare the performances of the different estimation methods.
