This strongly restricts the solutions of Einstein's equations: (i) The pressure must be zero. (ii) The metric does not depend on the radial coordinate, the FLRW cosmology is excluded (strong homogeneity). (iii) The unique solution corresponds to the Datt-Ruban solution.
