This document summarizes the physics underlying the program and describes how to use it. Version~7.48 includes several new features. Anomaly Mediated SUSY Breaking (AMSB) models and right-handed sneutrinos have been added; the latter play a role, e.g., in inverted hierarchy models. A new process generating $Z+\\hbox{2 jets}$ based on the Helas library and MadGraph has been added.
