The frequency stability of the laser reached $1.1 \\times 10^{-11}$ at an averaging time of $\\tau = 1\\ \\mathrm{s}$. We performed an absolute frequency measurement using an optical frequency comb and determined that the absolute frequency of the laser stabilized to the ${\\rm {^1}S_{0} - {^1}P_{1}}$ transition in $^{174}\\mathrm{Yb}$ was 751 526 522.26(9) MHz.
