These materials are ideal to study the paramagnetic-nematic state, since the nematic order, signaled by the tetragonal-to-orthorhombic transition at $T_{{\\rm S}}$, sets in well above the stripe antiferromagnetic ordering at $T_{{\\rm N}}$.
