A proposal with a polarized electron beam on unpolarized deuteron and proton targets has been approved with an A rating by the JLab PAC. The deuteron measurement aims to measure the weak mixing angle $\\sin^2 \\theta_W $ with a precision of $\\pm$ 0.0006 as well as to access the fundamental coupling constants $C_{2q}$ with a high precision.
