Within such framework of static critical fluctuations, the Beam Energy Scan (BES) data of $C_4$ and $\\kappa \\sigma^2$ for net protons within different $p_T$ ranges can be roughly described. Besides, the momentum acceptance dependence of higher cumulants at lower collision energies can also be qualitatively described.
