The ($\\gamma$,n) reaction was induced with quasi-monochromatic laser Compton-scattered $\\gamma$ rays, produced at the NewSUBARU laboratory. The corresponding $\\gamma$-ray strength functions ($\\gamma$SF) have been calculated from the photo-neutron cross sections.
