We also prove that the strong F-regularity of a pair $(R,\\mathscr{D})$, where $\\mathscr{D}$ is a Cartier algebra, is equivalent to the positivity of the global F-signature ${\\rm s}(R,\\mathscr{D})$ of the pair.
