We extend the method derived first by Cl\\'ement-Fabris-Marques for 4-dimensional linear dilaton black hole solutions to the higher dimensions in theories such as Einstein-Maxwell-Dilaton, Einstein-Yang-Mills-Dilaton and Einstein-Yang-Mills-Born-Infeld-Dilaton.
