Specifically, given sample access to an arbitrary distribution $D$ over $[n]$ and a property $\\mathcal{P}$, the goal is to distinguish between $D\\in\\mathcal{P}$ and $\\ell_1(D,\\mathcal{P})>\\varepsilon$.
