We construct generalized superpotentials using singularity structure analysis, which lead to rational potentials with multi-indexed polynomials as solutions. We explicitly construct such rational extensions of the radial oscillator and their solutions, which involve exceptional Laguerre orthogonal polynomials having two indices.
