These Laguerre type polynomials are eigenfunctions of higher-order differential operators and include, as particular cases, the Krall-Laguerre polynomials. As the main results, we prove that these Laguerre type polynomials always satisfy higher-order recurrence relations (i.e., they are bispectral).
