Numerical results of the B to D** transition form factors, where D** denotes generically a p-wave charmed meson, are compared with other model calculations. Predictions on the decay rates for Bbar to D** pi, D** rho, Dbar**_s D* by using these decay constants and form factors are in agreement with the experimental data.
