The complex anomalous top coupling can be a source of the new CP violation and lead to a deviation of the observed weak phase in $B \\to \\phi K$ decays, which takes account for the present disagreement of the observed $\\sin 2 \\beta$ between $B \\to J/\\psi K$ and $B \\to \\phi K$ decays.
