This spacetime is characterized by mass ($M$), charge parameter ($q$), rotation parameter ($a$), and Weyl coupling constant ($\\alpha$). We derive photon geodesics around the black hole and compute expressions for impact parameters with the help of photon spherical orbits conditions.
