For planar Ge Josephson junctions, the Andreev spin qubit frequency is set by junction geometry and filling, and can be raised from about 150 MHz to about 1.3 GHz by choosing Ly near 55 nm and filling near 0.66 times the heavy-hole light-hole gap.
