Using the time delay and flux ratio of the lensed FRB candidate FRB 20190308C, the authors derive an upper bound on the photon mass of 5.3e-42 kg for a lens shear of 0.01, and between 2.4e-42 and 2.1e-41 kg over the allowed shear range.
