We study the spectrum of vector mesons in a finite temperature plasma. The plasma is holographically described by a black hole AdS/QCD model. We compute the boundary retarded Green's function using AdS/CFT prescriptions. The corresponding thermal spectral functions show quasiparticle peaks at low temperatures. Then we calculate the quasinormal modes of vector mesons in the soft-wall black hole geometry and analyse their temperature and momentum dependences.

Spectral Functions of $J/\psi$ Meson in Rotating Thermal Background from Holography
In a rotating thermal medium modeled by soft-wall holography, J/ψ spectral peaks split by −ΩJ_z along the rotation axis and acquire projection-dependent distortions for transverse momentum.

Dynamical instability and transport peak of chiral matter from holography
In a holographic model of chiral matter, thermodynamically unstable states show growing long-wavelength perturbations, and the scalar spectrum displays a diffusion-to-propagating transition with a low-frequency transp...

Quantization Rules in Holographic QCD Models
A generalized WKB/Bohr-Sommerfeld quantization rule is derived for holographic QCD potentials with an infinite boundary barrier and applied to scalar and vector fields in the soft-wall model, matching shooting-method ...
