In this letter we demonstrate that our dipole model is successful in describing the inclusive production within the same framework as diffractive physics. A two-channel extension of the 'new parton model' fits total and elastic proton cross sections, reproduces only half of single diffraction, and requires an Odderon contribution to describe the measured elastic t-distribution.
