abstract

We construct the ambitwistor pure spinor string in a general type II supergravity background in the semi-classical regime. Almost all supergravity constraints are obtained from nilpotency of the BRST charge and further consistency conditions from additional world-sheet symmetries. We also discuss the case of $AdS_5\times S^5$ background.

  1. Bosonic sectorized strings and the $(DF)^{2}$ theory

    hep-th 2019-08 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

The current algebra extension of the bosonic sectorized string reproduces the mass-deformed (DF)^2 plus YM plus phi^3 effective action at the level of kinetic terms and three-point amplitudes.

  2. The spectrum of the bosonic ambitwistor string revisited

    hep-th 2026-06 unverdicted novelty 5.0 of 10

The bosonic ambitwistor string spectrum is confined to the massless sector and contains the dilaton, metric, Kalb-Ramond field plus an extra vector, but is non-unitary.
