We propose a method to holographically compute the conformal partial waves in any decomposition of correlation functions of primary operators in conformal field theories using open Wilson network operators in the holographic gravitational dual. The Wilson operators are the gravitational ones where gravity is written as a gauge theory in the first order Hilbert-Palatini formalism. We apply this method to compute the global conformal blocks and partial waves in 2d CFTs reproducing many of the known results.

  1. Propagator identities, holographic conformal blocks, and higher-point AdS diagrams

    hep-th 2019-06 unverdicted novelty 8.0 of 10

The authors derive new propagator identities that yield holographic representations for 5- and 6-point global scalar conformal blocks and obtain closed-form direct-channel decompositions of a class of higher-point AdS...

  2. BMS$_3$ fermionic localization

    hep-th 2024-12 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

Fermionic localization makes the BMS3 torus partition function one-loop exact for irrational or imaginary θ and yields a factorized rational-θ answer.

  3. Holographic reconstruction for AdS Wilson line networks and scalar Witten diagrams

    hep-th 2024-12 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

Wilson line networks in AdS2 are reconstructed from boundary conformal blocks, and 3-point scalar Witten diagrams decompose into sums of such networks.
