We compute the real-radiation corrections to Higgs boson pair production at next-to-next-to-leading order in QCD, in an expansion for large top quark mass. We concentrate on the radiative corrections to the interference contribution from the next-to-leading order one-particle reducible and the leading order amplitudes. This is a well defined and gauge invariant subset of the full real-virtual corrections to the inclusive cross section. We obtain analytic results for all phase-space master integrals both as an expansion around the threshold and in an exact manner in terms of Goncharov polylogarithms.

  1. Fully differential Higgs boson pair production at N$^3$LO with top quark mass effects

    hep-ph 2026-01 conditional novelty 7.0 of 10

First fully differential N3LO QCD predictions for gg->hh in the heavy-top limit, with NLO top-mass effects added; heavy-top scale uncertainty shrinks about 3x, to roughly 1-3%.

  2. Three-loop form factors for Higgs boson pair production in the large top mass limit

    hep-ph 2019-09 accept novelty 6.0 of 10

New 1/m_t^2 expansion terms, up to 1/m_t^8 for the box form factors and 1/m_t^14 for the triangle form factor, are computed for the three-loop gg to HH amplitude.

  3. Exploring anomalous couplings in Higgs boson pair production through shape analysis

    hep-ph 2019-08 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

Anomalous Higgs couplings change the shape of the di-Higgs mass distribution, and an unsupervised clustering algorithm captures those shape differences more finely than a hand-defined taxonomy.
