abstract

In this paper the structure of the generalized Vaidya spacetime when the type-II of the matter field satisfies the equation of the state $P=\rho$ is investigated. Satisfying all energy conditions we show that this spacetime contains the 'eternal' naked singularity. It means that once the singularity is formed it will never be covered with the apparent horizon. However, in the case of the apparent horizon formation the resulting object is a white hole. We also prove that this spacetime contains only null naked singularity.

  1. Shadow of the generalized Vaidya black hole

    gr-qc 2026-07 conditional novelty 5.0 of 10

For self-similar Husain black holes, the barotropic index α controls the shadow: α<1/2 enlarges it, α>1/2 shrinks it, with a quasistatic influx criterion for the time-dependent case.

  2. Energy Extraction and Evolution of Regular Black Holes: The Case of Bardeen Spacetime

    gr-qc 2025-08 reject novelty 4.0 of 10

A Bardeen regular black hole could evolve into a singular black hole if a charged Penrose process drains its magnetic charge.

  3. Barotropic Equation of State and Nonlinear Electrodynamics in Dynamical Black Hole Spacetimes

    gr-qc 2025-04 reject novelty 4.0 of 10

The paper's identification of the Husain solution's integration constant with nonlinear electrodynamics charges is undermined by internal inconsistencies in the reconstruction.
