We demonstrate here that the metric of a planar black hole in asymptotic Anti-de Sitter space can, on a slice of dimension 3+1, be reproduced as a relativistic acoustic metric. This completes an earlier calculation in which the non-relativistic limit was used, and also serves to obtain a concrete form of the Lagrangian.

  1. Vortex-reconnection energy bounds in Bose-Einstein-condensed and superfluid dark matter halos

    astro-ph.GA 2026-07 conditional novelty 6.0

Vortex reconnections in BEC/superfluid dark matter halos produce dark-sector heating at a rate that is secular but sub-virial for relaxed non-interacting soliton cores, with the dominant uncertainty being the true vor...

  2. Vortex-reconnection energy bounds in Bose-Einstein-condensed and superfluid dark matter halos

    astro-ph.GA 2026-07 conditional novelty 5.0

Vortex reconnections in BEC/superfluid dark-matter cores can transfer at most 0.06–4.5% of the virial energy in 10 Gyr under fiducial assumptions, so they cannot appreciably restructure the core.

    hep-th 2025-12 conditional novelty 4.0

For a Schwarzschild-surrounded acoustic black hole, phonon entanglement entropy follows a Page curve in the non-extremal case but diverges (no Page time) in the extremal case, according to the island formula.
