abstract
In this work, we present an explicit form of the Luescher equation and consider the construction of the operators in different irreducible representations for the case of scattering of two vector particles. The formalism is applied to scalar QED in the Higgs Phase, where the $U(1)$ gauge boson acquires mass.

Finite-volume quantization condition from the $N/D$ representation
A finite-volume quantization condition based on the N/D representation is derived and claimed to remain valid when the energy coincides with left-hand cuts, where the original Luescher condition fails.

Lattice calculation of the $\eta_c\eta_c$ and $J/\psi J/\psi$ s-wave scattering length
A continuum-extrapolated lattice calculation gives a^{0+}_{eta_c eta_c} = -0.104(09) fm and a^{2+}_{J/psi J/psi} = -0.165(16) fm, indicating repulsive interactions.
