We make use of recent developments in the analysis of galaxy redshift surveys to present an easy to use matrix-based analysis framework for the galaxy power spectrum multipoles, including wide-angle effects and the survey window function. We employ this framework to derive the deconvolved power spectrum multipoles of 6dFGS DR3, BOSS DR12 and the eBOSS DR16 quasar sample. As an alternative to the standard analysis, the deconvolved power spectrum multipoles can be used to perform a data analysis agnostic of survey specific aspects, like the window function. We show that in the case of the BOSS dataset, the Baryon Acoustic Oscillation (BAO) analysis using the deconvolved power spectra results in the same likelihood as the standard analysis. To facilitate the analysis based on both the convolved and deconvolved power spectrum measurements, we provide the window function matrices, wide-angle matrices, covariance matrices and the power spectrum multipole measurements for the datasets mentioned above. Together with this paper we publish a \code{Python}-based toolbox to calculate the different analysis components. The appendix contains a detailed user guide with examples for how a cosmological analysis of these datasets could be implemented. We hope that our work makes the analysis of galaxy survey datasets more accessible to the wider cosmology community.

    astro-ph.CO 2026-07 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

UNIONS Lyman-break galaxy auto-clustering is unusable at large scales due to imaging systematics, but LBG x CMB-lensing and LBG x quasar cross-spectra are measured robustly, with amplitudes consistent with predictions.

  2. Primordial power spectrum reconstructions from BOSS + eBOSS

    astro-ph.CO 2026-05 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

    Non-parametric knot-based reconstruction of the primordial power spectrum P_R(k) from BOSS+eBOSS data up to k=0.3 h/Mpc favors a quasi-scale-invariant power law and constrains n_s = 0.976 ± 0.021 with no evidence for ...

  3. Large-scale Modeling of the Observed Power Spectrum Multipoles

    astro-ph.CO 2026-01 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

Eq. (25) computes Yamamoto power-spectrum multipoles in linear theory as weighted sums of discrete spherical Fourier-Bessel power-spectrum modes, unifying wide-angle, redshift-evolution, window, and integral-constrain...

    astro-ph.CO 2026-01 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

A combined-analysis of DESI galaxy clustering, CMB lensing, BAO, CMB, and supernovae yields percent-level Lambda-CDM parameters, improved dark-energy figure-of-merit, and neutrino-mass bounds that disfavor the inverte...

  5. The Compressed 3D Lyman-Alpha Forest Bispectrum

    astro-ph.CO 2025-10 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

    astro-ph.CO 2025-09 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

Changing the assumed fiducial cosmology in DESI DR1 full-shape mock analyses shifts inferred parameters by at most 0.22 sigma in full-modeling and 0.45 sigma in ShapeFit, both within the survey's statistical uncertainty.

  7. Modeling Gravitational Wave Bias from 3D Power Spectra of Spectroscopic Surveys

    astro-ph.GA 2025-06 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

Using mock gravitational wave catalogs built from the SDSS DR7 galaxy survey, the clustering bias of GW sources is most sensitive to host stellar mass, secondarily to star formation rate, and nearly insensitive to met...
