Self-force theory is the leading method of modeling extreme-mass-ratio inspirals (EMRIs), key sources for the gravitational-wave detector LISA. It is well known that for an accurate EMRI model, second-order self-force effects are critical, but calculations of these effects have been beset by obstacles. In this letter we present the first implementation of a complete scheme for second-order self-force computations, specialized to the case of quasicircular orbits about a Schwarzschild black hole. As a demonstration, we calculate the gravitational binding energy of these binaries.

High-Post-Newtonian-Order Dynamics Induced by Tail-of-Tail Interactions: The Non-Geodesic Terms
The authors compute tail-of-tail contributions to the effective-one-body Q potential through p_r^12 and derive new second-order self-force redshift predictions for eccentric binaries.

From the confluent Heun equation to a new factorized and resummed gravitational waveform for circularized, nonspinning, compact binaries
A new resummation absorbs all test-mass logarithms and transcendental numbers into closed-form factors, leaving rational polynomial waveform corrections up to 10PN.

Post-adiabatic dynamics and waveform generation in self-force theory: an invariant pseudo-Hamiltonian framework
A pseudo-Hamiltonian reformulation of 1PA self-force dynamics yields local, invariant action-angle evolution equations and an embedded conservative Hamiltonian whose on-shell energy equals the first-law binding energy.

Metric reconstruction and the Hamiltonian for eccentric, precessing binaries in the small-mass-ratio limit
First-order metric perturbations and the generalized redshift invariant are computed for eccentric, precessing orbits in Kerr spacetime using four metric reconstruction methods, with open-source code provided.

The significance of first post-adiabatic contributions for scalar charge measurements with intermediate and extreme mass ratio inspirals
Neglecting 1PA gravitational self-force biases intrinsic EMRI parameters while scalar-charge inference remains robust; pure-GR templates produce large biases and underestimated errors on charged signals.

Secular evolution of orbital parameters for general bound orbits in Kerr spacetime
Analytic formulas for the orbit-averaged gravitational-wave fluxes of energy, angular momentum, and Carter constant for generic bound Kerr orbits are extended to 6PN order and O(e^16) in eccentricity, with numerical T...

Extreme mass-ratio inspiral within an ultralight scalar cloud I. Scalar radiation
Scalar radiation from an EMRI in an ultralight scalar cloud is computed semi-analytically, showing dipole clouds decelerate and quadrupole clouds accelerate the inspiral, with up to about 100 rad dephasing after 18 months.

Topological Stars and scalar wave equation: Exact resummation of the renormalized angular momentum in the eikonal limit
For Topological Stars, the eikonal-limit renormalized angular momentum is expressed as hypergeometric functions tied to the null geodesic radial action, generalizing the Schwarzschild resummation.

Sequential simulation-based inference for extreme mass ratio inspirals
Sequential simulation-based inference with truncated marginal neural ratio estimation shrinks the 11-parameter search volume for simulated non-spinning extreme-mass-ratio inspirals by factors of 1e6 to 1e7 and recover...
