We focus on the chiral and heavy quark mass expansion of mesons masses and decay constants. We propose a light-front QCD formalism for the evaluation of these quantities, consistent with chiral perturbation theory and heavy quark effective theory.

  1. A holographic analysis of the pion

    hep-ph 2024-12 conditional novelty 5.0 of 10

The pion's measured mass, decay constant, and charge radius fix two longitudinal-potential models that then reproduce its measured electromagnetic and transition form factors at low Q^2.

  2. $\phi$-meson spectroscopy and diffractive production using two Schr\"odinger like equations on the light-front

    hep-ph 2025-01 conditional novelty 4.0 of 10

A two-equation light-front model reproduces the phi meson mass spectrum and HERA diffractive production cross sections, but underpredicts its decay constant.
