We show how to observe sizable angular correlations between the decay products of the top quark and those of the anti-top quark in top quark pair production and decay at hadron colliders. These correlations result from the large asymmetry in the rate for producing like-spin versus unlike-spin top quark pairs provided the appropriate spin axes are used. The effects of new physics at production or decay on these correlations are briefly discussed.

  1. Hyperon-pair spin tomography beyond scalar spin correlations

    hep-ph 2026-06 unverdicted novelty 7.0 of 10

Scalar Lambda-pair spin correlations leave a continuous density-matrix degeneracy; full tensor tomography is required to claim entanglement, and a ³P₀ benchmark predicts a specific anisotropy pattern.

  2. Geometric algebra as the input language of collider foundation models

    hep-ph 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 6.0 of 10

Collider events are represented as multivectors in Cl(1,3) ⊗ V_flav whose grade projections recover standard observables, intended as input for equivariant foundation models.

  3. Probing CP-violating top-quark dipole moments with tomographic observables

    hep-ph 2026-08 conditional novelty 5.0 of 10

CP-odd spin-density-matrix observables and their optimal combination can probe top electric and chromo-electric dipole moments with projected reaches up to about 200 TeV at the HL-LHC, while the top-antitop discord as...

  4. Model-independent probes of CP violation in the heavy scalar sector at muon colliders

    hep-ph 2025-11 unverdicted novelty 5.0 of 10

Observing vector boson fusion production of a heavy scalar followed by decay to Z h1 at muon colliders can establish CP violation in the scalar sector because it requires both h2VV and h2h1Z couplings to be nonzero.

  5. Exploring Quantum Statistics for Dirac and Majorana Neutrinos using Spinor-Helicity techniques

    hep-ph 2025-07 accept novelty 5.0 of 10

A spinor-helicity calculation confirms the Dirac-Majorana confusion theorem for the process Φ→l+l-νν when the correct antisymmetrization and full spin sum are used.

  6. Spin correlations and quantum entanglement in $\gamma\gamma \to t\bar t$ at polarized photon colliders with NLO QCD corrections

    hep-ph 2026-06 unverdicted novelty 4.0 of 10

NLO QCD corrections enhance the γγ → ttbar cross section while leaving spin observables largely unchanged, with entanglement peaking near threshold and both entanglement and Bell nonlocality depending strongly on beam...
