abstract

We construct the dilaton Weyl multiplet for $N=2$ conformal supergravity in four dimensions. Beginning from an on-shell vector multiplet coupled to the standard Weyl multiplet, the equations of motion can be used to eliminate the supergravity auxiliary fields, following a similar pattern as in five and six dimensions. The resulting 24+24 component multiplet includes two gauge vectors and a gauge two-form and provides a variant formulation of $N=2$ conformal supergravity. We also show how this dilaton Weyl multiplet is contained in the minimal 32+32 Poincare supergravity multiplet introduced by Muller in superspace.

    hep-th 2025-06 conditional novelty 8.0 of 10

A new off-shell 6D N=(2,0) conformal superspace is constructed, and its unique Bach tensor superfield is derived up to overall scaling.

  2. $SU(2)\times SU(2)$ dilaton Weyl multiplets for maximal conformal supergravity in four, five, and six dimensions

    hep-th 2024-11 conditional novelty 7.0 of 10

New SU(2)×SU(2) dilaton Weyl multiplets are constructed for N=4, N=2, and (2,0) conformal supergravity, including the first six-dimensional (2,0) dilaton Weyl multiplet.

  3. ${\mathcal N}=3$ nonlinear multiplet and supergravity

    hep-th 2025-01 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

A new N=3 Einstein superspace is built from a proposed nonlinear multiplet, and the resulting equations of motion reduce to chi=0, implying the N=3 super-Bach tensor vanishes.

  4. Scalar-Tensor multiplet in four dimensional N=2 conformal supergravity

    hep-th 2024-12 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

A new off-shell 8+8 scalar-tensor multiplet for N=2 conformal supergravity is constructed by supersymmetric truncation of N=3 multiplets and elimination of central charge multiplet fields using hypermultiplet field equations.

  5. Dilaton Weyl multiplets for $N = 3$ conformal supergravity in four dimensions

    hep-th 2024-12 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

A dilaton Weyl multiplet for four-dimensional N=3 conformal supergravity is constructed in two versions, with R-symmetry SU(2)xU(1)xU(1) and then SU(2)xU(1).
