We present high-resolution rotation curves of a sample of 26 low surface brightness galaxies. From these curves we derive mass distributions using a variety of assumptions for the stellar mass-to-light ratio. We show that the predictions of current Cold Dark Matter models for the density profiles of dark matter halos are inconsistent with the observed curves. The latter indicate a core-dominated structure, rather than the theoretically preferred cuspy structure.

Velocity-dependent self-interacting dark matter and composite Higgs
A composite Higgs model in which dark matter mass and a light scalar mediator both arise from hypercolor dynamics, giving velocity-dependent self-interacting dark matter with a claimed viable thermal relic.

Searching in HI for Massive Low Surface Brightness Galaxies: II. Completing the UGC Sample
GBT HI observations of 35 UGC LSB galaxies detect 19 and five serendipitous sources, completing the sample with one new massive LSB and mostly unremarkable gas properties.
