THE PREVIOUS LATEX STRUCTURE WAS MODIFIED IN ORDER TO ALLOW FOR A DIRECT IMPRESSION OF THE PAPER, WITHOUT SUPPLEMENTARY SPLITTING. THERE IS NO TEXT MODIFICATION.
