Radiative decays of heavy baryons are analyzed within the Heavy Quark Symmetry (HQS). It is shown that employing the light-diquark symmetries, the number of electromagnetic couplings among S-wave and P-wave states as well as those between P-wave to S-wave transitions can be reduced significantly. Using this constituent quark model picture the phenomenological implications of some of these decay modes are, also, discussed.

Radiative decays of $P$-wave charmed baryons in the $SU(3)$ flavor $\bf6_F$ representation
The authors predict radiative decay widths for all P-wave charmed baryons in the 6F representation, and propose Omega_c gamma channels as the best route to identify the excited Omega_c states seen at LHCb.

Electromagnetic polarizabilities of the spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ singly heavy baryons in heavy baryon chiral perturbation theory
At O(p^3) in heavy baryon chiral perturbation theory, sextet heavy baryons acquire polarizabilities from pion/kaon loops and from B6* to B6 magnetic transitions, while antitriplet heavy baryons have zero polarizability.
