In this paper we have calculated the spectral dimension of loop quantum gravity (LQG) using simple arguments coming from the area spectrum at different length scales. We have obtained that the spectral dimension of the spatial section runs from 2 to 3, across a 1.5 phase, when the energy of a probe scalar field decrees from high to low energy. We have calculated the spectral dimension of the space-time also using results from spin-foam models, obtaining a 2-dimensional effective manifold at hight energy. Our result is consistent with other two approach to non perturbative quantum gravity: causal dynamical triangulation and asymptotic safety quantum gravity.

  1. Cosmology of fractional gravity

    gr-qc 2026-04 unverdicted novelty 7.0

Fractional gravity yields stable de Sitter expansion and exact bouncing solutions driven by phantom (w < -1) or ghost (negative energy) fluids, with results independent of the form-factor representation.

  2. Horizon-scale tests of gravity theories and fundamental physics from the Event Horizon Telescope image of Sagittarius A$^*$

    gr-qc 2022-05 conditional novelty 5.0

EHT observations of Sgr A* constrain deviations from GR black hole solutions including regular BHs, string-inspired spacetimes, and BH mimickers, with some limits exceeding cosmological bounds.

  3. Long-lived quasinormal frequencies for regular black hole supported by the Einasto profile in the presence of the magnetic field

    gr-qc 2026-03 conditional novelty 4.0

For Einasto-supported regular black holes, larger effective scalar mass and certain halo parameters suppress the quasinormal damping rate, producing long-lived modes and shifting grey-body factors toward higher frequencies.
