Experimental measurements of Al CPW resonators show Q_i^{-1} of 3.64-8.57e-8 with TLS suppression at higher powers and a modified TLS model required for behavior below 60 mK.
From our fitting we found for the half-wave and the quarter- wave respectively Q−1 i,other (×10−8) = [3.83, 7.23] (Tables II, III)
