We present a novel mechanism for thermal dark matter production, characterized by a "bounce": the dark matter equilibrium distribution transitions from the canonical exponentially falling abundance to an exponentially rising one, resulting in an enhancement of the freezeout abundance by many orders of magnitude. We discuss several realizations of bouncing dark matter. The bounce allows the present day dark matter annihilation cross section to be significantly larger than the canonical thermal target, improving the prospects for indirect detection signals.

Conversions in two-component dark sectors: a phase space level analysis
In the double Coy dark matter model, full phase-space Boltzmann evolution with conversions changes relic abundances by up to an order of magnitude per component and by more than 100% for the total in some parameter regions.

Pion dark matter in a $\theta$ vacuum: a thermal relic with sharp velocity-dependent self-interactions
A QCD-like dark sector with a theta vacuum and a dark photon portal can simultaneously reproduce the dark matter relic abundance and produce the sharply velocity-dependent self-interactions inferred from small-scale s...

Dark Matter and CP Violation in Some Symmetry-Constrained 3HDMs
S3-symmetric three-Higgs-doublet models allow dark matter in a 29-42 GeV window, exclude heavy candidates above 500 GeV, and admit MeV-scale light scalars, while continuous-symmetry variants produce mass-degenerate da...
